My name is Mary Robinson, I am an artist/photographer. My father bought my first camera for me when I was 19 years old. I dabbled for years with photography, like most people do, taking pictures of our family vacations, the children and the pets.
In 2005, circumstances led me to an opportunity of a lifetime, the ability to travel the country, which brought with it a desire to document everything I was experiencing & seeing through photography.
After 5 years of traveling, my husband and I landed in Oklahoma near Tulsa. I started exploring all the local scenic areas until I stumbled onto my photographic passion, motorsports photography, specifically Drag Racing.
More recently, my photography work is based on my passion, drag racing. I can be found at Tulsa Raceway Park or smaller local tracks during racing season, March through November.
